T-shirts!

Post by Mr Bear » Wed Feb 20, 2008 23:38

Of all shapes, sizes and er...genders.

I bloody love t-shirts, and now you can display favourites and new purchases here, should you desire...

I just ordered these.

Aw those are lovely!

I used to almost exclusively wear t-shirts, in my later teens favouring the home-made band ones. I've saved the cutest ones for sentimental value even though they are worn to death.

A lot of ones with different prints on I think suit the, er, flatness of being a boy a lot better than me.

The last band one was a Ryan Adams and The Cardinals one:

And the last one I got was this awesome one that my sister and her boyfriend produces in all manners of colour combinations:

I have this combination:

My favourites are 2K t-shirts - the website isn't working for me, boo. I bought my friend one for Christmas which reads "it sounds like something i've heard before", written in Scrabble letters. It was fitting because she really likes Franz Ferdinand, ha ha.
you're just too obscure for me

I can't find images of some of my fave t-shirts but here's a quick descrip.

"Sorry boys I eat pussy" (pink girls t-shirt showing naked chick on all fours) - I gave this to a guy pal of mine for those times he get's chatted up by other boys.

and

"My other ride's your mother" (inset of a cool car). I gave this to my boyfriend. He took another girl out on a date while wearing it.

I'm a horrible horrible person I know.

This t-shirt (fr. buyolympia.com) reminds me of squirrelbooty and I hope she buys it if she gets a tenure raise:

anorak t-shirt design

Post by RITH » Wed May 28, 2008 19:38

I went through the frustrating task of clothes shopping for summer today. It's amazing how utterly crap most t-shirts in shops are. Once again I came home with a couple that were 'not so bad'.

I'm sure anorak can do much better than 'not so bad'. Please make me a t-shirt (print) that I (and everyone) can happily wear for ever. Or at least for one summer or a couple of concerts.

I don't care if you steal images from the WWW or the girl next door or use band-logos, or the anorak girly (ask Andy first) or whatever from wherever, as long as it'll make me look properly cool like you.

An anorak t-shirt. Is that a garment that can't decide what it wants to be? A piece of clothing with a personality disorder? Heh. Sorry, I'm just being boring. I wish I was good with puns and stuff.

Anyway, I think you should do a google picture search and find a picture of Stepehn Pastel and have that on a t-shirt. That must look good on everyone. I bet Stephen Pastel would look good on me. Mmm. Or you could be DIY and get some textile paint and make your own K or Sarah Records t-shirt. I once made some Sarah t-shirts, they're very nice. I've got a screen print frame and a squeegee and everything.

Haha, well... I'm not so sure how that would be on me. Maybe I can have Katrina?

I can't believe that I've just found this out! And it wasn't even hidden in the attic, it's in the cupboard! Oyster. World. Is. My. Now.

T shirts are generally rubbish to buy for men, aren't they. Always have been. Mind you, the H&M in Stockholm (actually there are about seventy eight within a block, it seems) has a nice line in cheap grandad t shirts. Of which I have a brown and grey variety.

But when men's stores go through this glut of crap ranges I just tend to order band tees from America or experiment with my stylish lack of looks. Which means wearing white socks and wishing my forehead wasn't so large that I could have a quiff. Ha! These hipster pretensions make my blood run cold.

I going to make a Cannanes t shirt.

Fantastiskt.

Hur ser den ut? Har du använt en Cannanes logga, eller? Ska du ta bilder av T-shirten?

Så många frågor.

Shall we dare ourselves to get t shirts made saying Micke och Jonte? We'd look like a couple of cards, wouldn't we?

Heh, you can speak Dutch, can't you? Let's all talk in different languages.

Eller i Svenska, vi ska alla prata på olika språk.

Prata with oss.

Ik begrijp maar 40% van het Zweeds. Het is ook een beetje zinloos hier in mijn eentje Nederlands te praten!

I guess I'll switch back to English.
