+1 Chrissy Barnacle. She'd be amazing in the church.

Can I second Seconds?

I saw them play in the downstairs of The Hope in Brighton on Friday night and they were so good! I do love a ramshackle organ.

When we come to tally these votes up, please can we also include all the occasional votes for Falling and Laughing from last seven years wishlist threads too. I think that's how AV works and it would hopefully give us enough votes for the first-thing-in-the-church-on-a-Sunday headline slot (it would feel like a headline slot to me anyway).

Also I would love to see Gwenno.
And by me, I mean, Flexo.

I like their description of the (early) music as 'dirgey', when I first heard bikini kill on the 'kill rocks stars' and 'throw!' compilations I thought they might be some kind of goths (and bratmobile sounded like a bunch of rumbledethump cuties and NOU like a lounge jazz band on 'kill rock stars')... which was kind of blown out the water not too long after with the release of the first record and the split with huggy bear... but you know, things happening all at once, too fast to compute and figure out, you make fast associations, often the arithmetic is wrong, it's ok

That's not how you spell Falling and Laughing.
