The Vestals and Brother Goose are supporting. Brother Goose are Southampton's answer to Vampire Weekend, if anybody was asking the question. They'll probably play a song I dislike called Hometown, which is all about supporting the Saints. Time to go to the bar whilst that one's being performed... Other than that, they're pretty good.

PAINS were great in Southampton last night - even songs I'm not that keen on on record sounded swell in an intimate live setting.
Kip also said some very nice things on stage about the quality of the tunes I played between bands and afterwards made a point of coming up to me and doing the same face to face! :)

Note to self: Must remember the Go Sailor song and not ask Rich "What is this, it's great?" ever again! Thanks for the boss tunes Rich, and Kip (if you're reading this)!
