They said it couldn't happen again, but it has!

I've just become acquainted with the line of Henry, Dolly, etc. vacuums and now I REALLY want one. Clever usage of the image, though Robin Williams upsets my stomach a bit.

Would love to come to this since I wasn't around for the dynamic duo at the London Popfest. Maybe if I have a job and funds by then! :-)

It was MAGNIFICENT. There were only a handful of people there but we were a dedicated crew. I wish I'd got the set list here but there's a half-visible set list here. What they seemed to do was switch off between Hit Parade and Another Sunny Day songs. Harvey and Julian had their acoustic guitars and played both on-stage and on the pub floor without amplification or microphones. From the very first note I was grinning so hard and by the end of the night my face hurt. I cannot believe I heard all those songs live! The pair of them are quite the spectacular duo - confident, sparkling harmonies and beautiful, percussive guitar.

I'll put my pictures up probably tomorrow but I did film them doing "You Should All Be Murdered". When Harvey announced that, my jaw dropped so it took me a second to press record on my camera. Amazing.

Was going to go but last trains back to Southampton weren't feasible :(

That looks awesome! What HP songs did they play? Autobiography was probably the highlight of the London Popfest show.

I've said it before and i'll say it again, INDIETRACKS ORGANISERS - PLEASE ASK JULIAN AND HARVEY IF THEY'LL PLAY!!!!!

I know. I do not understand that because it's fairly close. I had to get a train back to Reading (what, a 15-minute train ride?) and then get a car ride back to Fareham from there. o_O

It seems that at least one of the dazzling duo is not available during Indietracks. :-(
