Last night was brilliant, and this evening I got home to find Odd Box records. Thank you to everyone who made all this brilliant happen.

Speaking of which, there's an Indietracks comedown gig next wednesday with Cars Can Be Blue (USA), Anguish Sandwich (N'hants), and The Mini Skips (Sheffield).

It's be nice to see you there :-)

It's an all-Ray thread.

Definitely going to CCBB tomorrow and looking forward to it and all that. Having a thinkaround and might also go to Nottingham for the Wave Pictures and hang around for the alldayer, maybe, like. Feeling a bit gutted because my no-weekend rule has meant three weekends in a row of missing things I'd really desperately have liked to be at, so going to plan ahead and book off a bit of September and hope everyone's ok with that. Unless anyone's planning on putting the Wave Pictures on in Birmingham on a weeknight.

Too much detail for a forum post, I need to rethink my life.

I am excited and can't wait for tomorrow. Missed CCBB at the weekend because of being busy elsewhere so I'm really excited.

Not sure if anyone was planning on coming to the Sunset Cinema Club/Johnny Foreigner/Ace Bushy show at the Hare & Hounds on Saturday but we have some cheap list spaces if anyone was keen but not quite convinced.

I've been excited about that gig so much since it was announced (SCC/Jofo/SFL/ABS/shortened names) and now it forms the third weekend event I can't make in a row despite being desperate to go.

If anyone can go, please go. It will be amazing.

Then please come on here and talk about it loads so I can relive 2003 vicariously through you.

yeah, i might do the SCC show. not sure how i'm fixed for other things this weekend.

i don't know what a cheap list space is, though, so if i do come i'll just show up on the door and pay you some cash. on the hoof.

looking forward to tonight. not been to a show in ageeees.

That was ACE!

And Anguish Sandwich were brilliant, like joy happening. Thanks for putting it on Ray.

Bought the last blue CCBB tshirt and it massively doesn't fit me, so if there is anyone tiny around who wants a blue CCBB tshirt that's really cool and looks great then please let me know and it's yours if you're lovely. Alternatively I might stop eating large pizzas and drinking beer and see if that makes it fit better.
