Cool. Where are you staying? We're putting on an as yet unannounced gig on Nov 29th but can't think of much else coming up at the moment.
I think the only things I have in my calendar are watching the Pulp film and We Are The Best at The Glad Cafe.

Planning a day out next month and stopping over on a Friday night. We've got dead cheap train tickets but haven't booked anywhere to stay yet. I've only been once before and stayed in the Euro Hostel which was fine but we're after somewhere a wee bit nicer this time. Thinking West End / Kelvingrove Park type area but ready to be put right by anyone else's recommendations. As long as we make it to here and here we'll be a happy couple. Thanks!

Ooh, that looks pretty smart. Thanks for the reply. We ended up in this place: http://www.grasshoppersglasgow.com/ right by Central station. It was pretty fancy by our standards - the highlight being freshly baked fairy cakes free to take lying around under little glass domes along the corridors.

We had a lovely time buying records and yarn, eating nice food, riding the subway and generally just wandering around noseying in through people's windows as we walked past. (Is it just us who likes doing that?!)

Would love to but I think the past weekend has finished me off for a while. At least I've only just seen FROTH and Chrissy.

Thanks for the amazing preview for the weekender by the way!

We're putting on Haiku Salut on 2nd May and you should come because they're one of the best live bands in the world.
