Guided by Voices are great. I got Neutral Milk Hotel (which is nice) although the questions were your typical "choose the least wrong answer" type.

Re: Belle and Sebastian

d on 'The Life Pursuit' there, I thought. The popularity of 'Jonathan David' continues to mystify me as well. This is a bit wanky: Probably not even the band, who have become given to gazing back on their 1990s purple patch with almost as much gratitude and amazement as fans do, would deny that the...

Just listening to Withered Hand now. To be honest not listened in a while, and it's more enjoyable than I remembered.

I don't know what it says about me that my go to album is still 'Ben Folds Live'.

Re: Records of 2015

I was in Rough Trade the other day, and I think the only album I'd heard off their albums of the year was Sufjan Stevens - Carrie & Lowell, which I agree is very good. Oh, and the new Spook School's great. Mrs Gordon loves the Kendrick Lamar one that's been getting all the hype. Sadly, this is the y...

Yeah, that might have been the last episode I saw. It's not that I hated it, it's just that I wasn't that fussed.

Re: TV Quick: talk about things on telly succinctly

Just watching the man in the high castle, now. Enjoying it except for them randomly secretly promoting one of the characters between the pilot and episode 2. Anyway that and 'The Americans' (which we've just finished series 3 of) basically fit perfectly into my 'obsessed with wwii related history mi...

I've not got much experience, but I did enjoy duolingo to refresh some of my knowledge of French and German. Didn't stick with it too long, but that's my fault.

Re: Anoracats!

Millie is now officially Milton. Although we still call him Millie and Billy occasionally. I'm not sure what this has informed me in gender stereotyping of cats but it's been interesting. More interesting than 'I Am Cait' even. Milton is much more a cat of the people than Caitlyn Jenner will ever be.

It's well documented, but Taylor Swift does not sing "Gotta love these Starbucks lovers".

I'm sorry, I'm mostly listening to Taylor Swift these days.
