Then they disappeared for 15+ years. And now they are back. Are they more credible? Are they retro? Are the...

The Wave Pictures fanzine (plus others)

Hi, A few months ago I wrote a fanzine of my top 10 similes by The Wave Pictures. I've written various other fanzines too which are listed on my online shop (at very cheap prices, I should add!), so if you are interested in reading any just head over to http://backofthegigzines.bigcartel.com to have...

Re: Your Indietracks 2018 wishlist

As for 'bigger' bands, I would like to see Slow Club, Billy Bragg, Kimya Dawson and Mountain Goats.

Re: 2017! What a year

I forgot to say, would it be possible to get up a small PA or something for the sets in the merch tent? I find it difficult to watch bands when there's so much talking (obviously you can't ask people buying/selling merch to be silent!!).

Re: 2017! What a year

This was our first year at Indietracks. We have been to lots of festivals over the years which are more local to us, but we decided to travel to Indietracks this year based mainly on the lineup. We had a great time and will certainly return in the future! Likes: Bands - The Wave Pictures, Martha, Th...

Re: Indietracks 2017 album recommendations

If there is a band clash at the festival then this is the type of thing that would sway me to watch your set over someone else's! What you're *really* saying is "Could the following selection of bands please spend the next week or so selecting [arguing with each other about] songs for a Best Of Spot...

Indietracks 2017 album recommendations

Hi, I am going to Indietracks for the first time this year. Looking forward to seeing The Wave Pictures, Martha, The Tuts and Grace Petrie in particular. However, there are a few bands who I'm not so familiar with who have huge back catalogues. Could people suggest the best place to start with the b...
