Another Sunny Night #9
http://www.facebook.com/events/222076057868351/

Milky Wimpshake :
Do we really need to introduce such a well-known, fantastic band? Well I wouldn't be able to do it properly in English I'm afraid so let's just say that we're glad and proud that they come especially for this gig.

The Spook School :
Their set at Glasgow Pofpest was a true highlight. They formed last year in Edinburgh, they're young and they play exciting C-86/indie tunes that we really enjoy. This will be their 1st gig outside from Scotland, you can download their songs for free here : http://thespookschool.bandcamp.com/

... and a local band will play too.

When :
March 31th, from 8PM. It's a Saturday, so you wouldn't miss this opportunity to have a whole weekend to enjoy springtime in Paris, would you? You can hang around on Velib', eat cheese, shoot pigeons and plenty of other fun things. And then you'll see the gigs. And you'll stay after to dance.

Where :
l'International, 5/7 rue Moret, Paris 11.
Metro : Menilmontant, Parmentier

How Much : FREE!

I believe that's the second night of my semester in Paris. I'll see you all there.

AWESOME night. Great gigs from every bands with an especially impressive performance from the (very) young Spook School who left the audience gobsmacked and sold out their handmade CDs. Milky Wimpshake's comeback in Paris was astonishing and there was even a crowdsurf! Then it was the disco and everyone danced on Bis, Pushy Parents, Help Stamp Out Loneliness, Belle & Sebastian or... The Spook School.
