Please help the band to get to America - buy lovely records!

Post by philjunebride » Tue Feb 08, 2011 21:23

Sorry if posting this is out of order, but people on here may well be interested in the records that are being sold.

I'm having to sell some of my personal collection to help finance the band hopefully going to America in May. There will be lots of indiepop delights to come over the coming weeks. Let me know if you'd like updates on here, please!

Starting with Pobpah's "Kurt Cobain's Cardigan" and a few more things you may well covet....

Thank you, folks!

Lots more on there now - including the split single with the wonderful Bunnygrunt - signed copies for only £3.99 (plus £1 P&P).

pipettes currently fetching a higher price than the pains

both of them a way behind josef k

this is like a very slow indiepop/punk/post-punk horse race (in terms of seeing what ultimately gets the highest bid)

I wish I had a few bob to have a punt on some of that stuff myself, there's some highly desirable items there (including the watches)

good luck, phil!

Thanks, Linus!

P.S. I'd bet on the Pains to have a late surge and win :-)

holy moly! that pastels single has made a mad dash toward the finishing line

pains have it by a nose (or a pound) over the pipettes now

Best sellers:

Josef K
Pains
Pastels
Laughing Apple
Pipettes
Faust
June Brides!

Thank you very much to anyone who bid. This is all helping us with our tour plans - not going on beer and nuts, honest :-)

More to come over the coming weeks, and some more common, but nice, stuff that should be more affordable.

Thanks, again!

Phil

There's a few more things on there again - these likely to be much cheaper! Some nice indiepop, too...
