i was a bit worried when that google wallet thing didnt give me a link to the tickets to print off as i'd been led to believe it would, then i recieved an email so everythign was ok. i think i'll stick with the old telephone next time, you get a friednly man instead of an advert for google products. only 20 weeks to choose suitable socks.

We've just opened up applications for people wishing to run workshops or volunteer at Indietracks. I think this is hopefully the closest relevant thread.

Workshops: if you'd like to apply to run an art/craft/music workshop, there's details on the following link. In the past we've had we've had opportunities to knit bracelets, create animations, design album covers, make superhero outfits and learn lindy-hop dancing!
http://indietracksblog.blogspot.co.uk/2 ... op-at.html

Volunteers: if you'd like to volunteer as a steward or stage assistant at the festival (free entry, free camping!) there's details here:
http://indietracksblog.blogspot.co.uk/2 ... -2013.html

There's contact details on those pages too, so please email if you have any queries.

Starting studying the bands right now. I saw Flowers touring with Pains some months ago and honestly wasn't impressed by them, anyway, they might be better now. Listening to The ballet right now, wow, they sound wonderful!
And, seriously considering to apply for a stewarding experience, I sent some queries by email to the staff, just to be better aware of some details.

AND The Secret History are absolutely wonderful!

More announcements tonight at 7 apparently, though one band seems to have given the game away a bit early on twitter! I imagine it's an announcement that'll really excite a few people.

G R E A T

And I supposed Camera Obscura and The Pastels were the two headliners, but I read on twitter they are both playing on Saturday, one after the other, so we should expect something really big to close the festival on Sunday!
