Coming Soon would be AWESOME.
In fact most of that would be awesome.
I'll come to your festival too.
To be honest I still can't understand why almost all my English-music-friends are so fond about it.
(and I think that you can have 5 or 6 great indiepop bands for the price they would ask to play).

I'd love to see again all the bands I loved from Indietracks 2009 & London Popfest, plus some others especially :
The Magnetic Fields, The Bats, The Garlands, Soda Fountain Rag, Withered Hand, Butcher Boy, Maple Leaves, Eddie Argos somehow, Speedmarket Avenue, The Understudies, The School, Young Michelin, Skittle Alley, Pocketbooks, Very Truly Yours, Liechtenstein, Math & Physic Club, a Language Of Flowers reunion...
... and, of course, The Smittens

Just book him to do "poetry" like Latitude did and he'll turn up with a full band anyway.

Though I'm starting to think he's like Hibbett. Whether or not he's booked, he'll find a way to turn up and play something regardless.

I thought it was about time for a little summary of who's been most talked about/ nominated on this thread so far, so here in order are the acts you would seemingly most like to see!

1. Jens Lekman - 11 nominations
2. The Aisler's Set - 8 nominations
3. Cats On Fire - 7 nominations
4. Phil Wilson/ June Brides, Pocketbooks, Maths & Physics Club, Milky Wimpshake, Jeffrey Lewis - all 6 nominations
5. Tullycraft, Summer Cats, Humousexual, Allo Darlin', Grave Architects - all 5 nominations
6. Bunnygrunt, A Smile and a Ribbon, Frankie Machine, Of Mice and Mental Arithmetic, Sourpatch, Comet Gain, Withered Hand, Bearsuit, The Ballet, The Smittens - all 4 nominations

None of my suggestions have managed to squeeze into this list yet, but I thought I might offer one more that I would quite like to hear more from - KateGoes anyone?

(and The Sweet Nothings please, teehee)

I'm not gonna make a big list or anything really. My main wishes are that there's still an Indietracks next year and that it'll still be an indiepop festival. And I've got every confidence in both. Even the fucking Tories can't close it down that quickly. See you in Butterley baby.

I would like to see Moscow Olympics please.

As I've not compiled a list of 10 bands, I assume that this nomination counts as 10 votes.

(If you were to push me I'd say KateGoes would be amazing too. They've an album out later this year!)
And by me, I mean, Flexo.

Bishop Allen would be good, though i'd probably just end up stalking them with questions about andrew bujalski

i've seen them twice in a week now, and i think Good Luck would be AWESOME at indietracks

Obv I do not really think Scooter would be ideal for Indietracks (or most of the other bands), I think they would be more on my ideal festival wishlist.

And yeah, Scooter... in fairness to the Teutonic techno sensations, close listening to their work suggests that a serious muso heart lurks within them.

On Hawkwind - they have at least been on indie labels for most of their career, and did have a top 20 hit once, so they are notionally Indiepop.
