So what's happening on the Friday now?

Oh, and here's a video of The Flatmates covering Cinerama a couple of days ago:

Not much on the Friday now. We'll probably nip out for a few drinks if you're around?

The Wave Pictures, Ace Bushy Striptease and Heroes of the Mexican Independence movement are playing at Spanky Van Dykes on the Friday night. That's where I'm going to be.

Goddamnit! I very much doubt I can make it on the Friday but I'll see if I can twist V-Pop's arm. Actually, what am I saying? I could go ON MY OWN. Oh wait, I need her to bring the CD decks. Logistics is HARD.
I am struck speechless by the nape of your neck.

Getting close now, really looking forward to it. Bought my ticket months ago.

Have you, by any chance, got the running order of the bands and what time they'll be on? It's just that my football team play at Forest that day, so I was going to nip in to The Maze for an hour, then go to the match and be back at the venue by six. I don't really want to miss any bands but I've yet to perfect splitting myself in two and being in two places at once. However, I just cannot miss The Flatmates, I've been waiting 25 years to see them. So, before I buy a ticket to the match, I just wondered who was on when.

Cheers

I'd also be interested in the rough running order, even if times are not available as I've got another commitment back in Leicester later in the evening

Hi both. The running order is on the Facebook page. I'm away at the moment (not in prison), but if Andy or Ian see this then I'm sure they'll post it here.

I somehow managed to tame technology:

These are the all-new, super, soaraway stage times (subject to faffing):

22.30 Allo Darlin'
21.30 Tigercats
20.30 Fever Dream
19.30 The Fireworks
18.30 The Flatmates

17.30 Teatime

16.30 The Felt Tips
15.45 Seabirds
15.00 Hobbes Fanclub
14.00 Peru
13.15 T.O.Y.S.

Many thanks for this - looks like I'll have to peg it to the station after The Flatmates, some top stuff in the afternoon though.

Not many tickets left now, folks, and there'll be even less on the door. One week to buy yours! http://tinyurl.com/b8ka5x5

And please make sure you all get there nice and early to watch T.O.Y.S - you're in for a treat.

As of half an hour ago there were only five tickets left for this. We've put a few more up, but this means walk-ups will be dead limited. Buy a ticket now and get there dead early - it's going to be busy!

I hope you can come Marianthi - it would be lovely to see you.

Some questions:

Does anyone know how long it takes to walk there from the from the train station? Google Maps reckons half an hour - is that accurate?

Is there anywhere good to eat nearby?
