*sigh of relief*

I can't believe I was ignorant until mere hours ago of your storied lace history. I want to live in it.

My office is in the Lace Market. I'm sat there now. In an old lace factory. What about that, then? I can give you a tour of my desk if you like?

Can you decoupage some lace on it please? Or at least trim it?

Already done. I like to think I'm sympathetic to the history of my surroundings.

I had a lovely time in Wirksworth. Perhaps we should all move there.

I'm very tired. Praise be for Jamie's snoring and Sam being 2 hours out of synch with the rest of the world

Thanks for the lift!

It's nice there, isn't it? I love all those pubs.

I even liked the 'young' people's pub that we ended up in. Like Jamie, my highlight was seeing that bloke attacking the door.

How are you feeling?

I feel fine today, thanks. Yesterday was another story. I ended up having to come into work for two hours. Which wasn't nice.

Are you okay today?

That could be a good call.

Is everyone up for Sunday lunch on, um, Sunday?

If we have any money by then we will, sir. But that's touch and go at the moment.

You can just come and watch everyone else eat. I'll buy you a packet of crisps to share.

After a suggestion from a friend, Sunday lunch will now be taking place at the Heart in Hand. Until I next change my mind.

I'm in Peterborough. I hate being in Peterborough. It's full of potatoes. I've seen a carrot polishing machine today.

Does it make the carrot all shiny? I didn't know anything about that.

When I'm in a band I'm going to write a song called 'I hate being in Peterborough. It's full of potatoes'.

I have to go to London today. I hate going to London. I'll bring everyone back a stick of London rock, or whatever it is you buy in London.
