Still mulling that over (the Wales Goes POP thing), obviously I'd love to but having to do calculations, etc

Saturday was ace. I loved Young Romance. I only wish I'd been less tired and turned up on time, but what can you do.

I shan't be popping in Wales. Anorak Nottingham are co-promoting an Anguish Sandwich gig with JT Soar on the Sunday.

Hi people of Nottingham.

The pop group Model Village have a gig booked at the Golden Fleece a week on Sunday (Feb 16th), but it turns out that the folks organising have done pretty much nothing for it - no other bands sorted, no evidence of any publicity, etc. So, we're trying to both spread the word and find like-minded bands who'd like to play with us. We'll have a full backline with us, so equipment isn't a worry. Maybe some anorak folk would be up for this?

Any suggestions, offers of help, etc. would be gratefully received.

Cheers.

We can spread it around on our Various Social Medias. It's a shame they've not done any promotion. If it's any consolation, the Fleece is usually busy anyway. But, yeah, we'll sort something out.

I, for one, am hoping to be there.

Right, it looks like it'll be an afternoon gig (civilised or what?) kicking off at 3 o'clock. The Dusty Bible Band will also be playing. Just waiting to be 100% on all of this!

This is good - I can bring the little 'un. He loved you lot at Indietracks a couple of years ago. Mind you, he was two then. He might have changed...

Do Model Village do any Abba covers?

Am I not wrong in saying one can get a good Sunday lunch at The Golden Fleece or am I confuddled?

Is there anything going on this weekend? I've got my brother and his girlf coming over, and we've farmed Ted out to my Mum's for a few days.

Was thinking Saturday mainly.

Final (hopefully) change to everything. Evening gig, free in, not sure who the other folks are, Model Village on at something like 10:30.

If anyone fancies a posh pint tomorrow afternoon, we're gonna be out with my brother and his girlf in West Bridgford. All welcome. We'll be starting in town but heading to WB mid-afternoon.

Has anyone booked planned their transport to Leicester next weekend yet? If so, what time are you heading over?

I've booked a 13:34 there and a 20:14 back on the Sunday, which I realise now is far too late but I didn't want to risk missing out on Hibbett and am terrible at gauging these kind of things.
