Jamie's right. In Leicester hospitals they claim the rats are trained in resuscitation and are NHS employees

Jamie. I saw this and thought of you.
August 2008

pieminister - the award-winning pie company rolls out a new range in Derby.

pieminister, the gourmet pie company, has turned its multi award winning talents to the art of sausage roll making, and the results are amazing. So far two varieties are available; the Good Ol' Sausage Roll (Outdoor reared British Pork with Cheddar cheese, onion and a top-secret blend of herbs and spices), and the Morroc'an Roll (Outdoor reared British pork blended with sundried tomato, onion, Moroccan spices and mint). Both are wrapped in pieminister's perfect puffy, buttery pastry, developed especially for these sausage rolls.

Tristan Hogg, Pieminister Director and Chef says, 'Here at Pieminister we all love a good sausage roll, but until now we always found that the ones we tried were not as nice as we'd hoped, so we decided to do something about it and make our own. We've worked hard to develop a sausage roll that has a very traditional, meaty quality about it, and is full of original pieminister flavour. We're really pleased with the results and just like our pies they are handmade and only contain the finest ingredients including premium outdoor-reared pork.'

Delicious hot or cold, these sausage rolls are flying out of pieminister's shops in Derby and Trentham. They can also be found on good bar menus in many of Britains top pubs, as well as a growing number of selected delicatessens.

pieminister prides itself on being an ethical pie producer, using only free-range meat and sourcing all its ingredients (where possible) from local farmers and producers. It is this commitment to quality that has earned it a fine collection of silverware (all its core pie range are Gold Medal winners at the Great Taste Awards) and a customer base as committed to saving the planet as enjoying good food.

If you haven't tried a pieminister sausage roll why don't you get down to your local pieminister outlet immediately– and if you join the privileged V.I.Pie club you can earn money off or even be invited along to exclusive tasting events!

There are almost too many puns in that press release.

I'm still suprised that Tristan Hogg is a real name. That sounds like the biggest pun of all.

Eggsperian - on Talbot Street, but soon relocating to Toys R Us site.

Hooray!

I didn't get a job at Coors because I wasn't enthusiastic enough about beer. Do you know they have a free bar for employees? That's outrageous. You can just help yourself.

So, are you in the lovely art deco building, or the manky old one across the road to start off with?

The Toys R Us site? Do you mean NG2? Or have they got new offices up there?

I'm in a building round the back of Toys R Us. It's not the big blue creation unfortunately. God, I feel so relieved!

Well done you.

Do you drive to work and that? If not you can borrow my works pass. It let's you get on the citylink1 bus for free. They don't even look at the picture on it. You can just wave it. In fact even temporary passes are accepted.

Shame you don't work in that blue building though, that one's lovely.

I want to work for Coors now though. Free bar? Incredible!

I've been in Experian's blue building a couple of times. It's amazing. They've out this special stuff on the outside of the glass to make the rain fall off it quicker. It's the future.

How exciting!

I will strive to be promoted to the blue building, that's for sure.

If only they had free beer too, that would be perfecto.

God, I'm going to have a big old wanky glass of pink wine tonight

There aren't any bowlies coming to my stag do this weekend, Aline. Just old school mates. I might see you around, though. If it's possible to bump into someone in London.
