Yes, what's the pub around the corner from the 100 Club that sells pints at normal prices? Is everyone going there beforehand on the Saturday like normal?

Last time I was in the Blue Posts (about June, I think) the beer prices had gone up CONSIDERABLY. Still cheaper than the 100 Club, though.
I am struck speechless by the nape of your neck.

The ale's still dirt cheap - the lager's gone up a bit though.

Come to think of it, I think people did order lager, so maybe that's why.

March pub club saved, comrades: we are going to the Craft Beer Co. in Islington on Friday.

And on that note, I'm off to spend all day in a pub.

Brilliant! I'll raise a glass of cranberry juice to pub club continuation while we will be watching In the Night Garden on Good Friday :-))

Beautiful people of this corner, is anyone going to Trev's gig tonight at Buffalo Bar? The lineup is AMAZING!! The Fireworks, the Proctors and the Holiday Crowd. The Holiday Crowd are from Toronto and they are a lovely bunch of guys. Imran's got such a wonderful voice. Hope to see some of you tonight.

Yeah, the line-up's definitely very good.
Unfortunately, I'm such a retard that, after trying to arrange pub club to clash with that show, I realised I also had something arranged with a friend for tonight. Double doh...

I'll try and make it. ;-)

It's more Matthew's (BPC) gig than mine. But yeah, I'm helping out, a little.

We're here now. It's the street next to chapel market in Islington. There's some amazing beer going on in this place

That was a bit good, wasn't it? Even the 90-minute bus journey home couldn't take the glow away. x

I'm thinking of going to Dartford to see Grimsby on Tuesday evening, Londons. You know Dartford; it's just down there, isn't it. Come with me!

I'm toying with the idea of arriving tomorrow night in preparation for Thee Wedding. I would need floor. Other options are: keep my current plans and arrive just about on time for the wedding, or get another ticket o arrive with plenty of time to drop my shit off at the hotel and get pre-match drinks.

Thoughts?

Well, let's hope Clare hasn't booked the Dartford Travelodge honeymoon suite then, eh.

Is it scary round there? It's quite a long way from the station to the ground but that kind of makes me even more determined to go somehow.

If she has, i'll just go back to my mums, WITHOUT HER. That'll learn her.. (Thats what marriage is all about right?)

It's fine, the ground is a little way out, but it's a decent ground and obviously i'll be hoping Grimsby win.

Do it!
