Hollyoaks: Where no one above the age of 40 survives.

Post by let it ride » Tue Oct 09, 2007 19:12

... Well apart from ye olde silver fox Jack. I love him, he's totally sensible, which is why he is hardly ever in the show.

I heart Hollyoaks. It is the world of unreal and bizarre.

Max and Stephanie make a nice new couple. Aw.

I like that the students are back, they're the bizarrest of the bunch.

And Crazy Cathy seems to have gone away for good.

I do not miss Craig's angryface, so it's nice that he is not there anymore.

it's so shit that, all the characters, at some point get off with each other, isn't it?
like Carmel and Russ?
wtf

Isn't Jackie much prettier without make up and all the bling?

I stopped watching Hollyoaks about 3 months ago, it just got too much, but i can sort of see Max and Steph as a couple, hopefully this won't drag me back in.

I won't be happy if it does, but expect to see me back in this thread in a day or so.

I don't know exactly what it is but Steph has recently started becoming increasingly attractive and just generally lovely

I think it was her epilepsy fit.

Wasn't that the only time they have ever shown her in a 'serious' context, wasn't it? I have only followed Hollyoaks since around late 2005 though so I wouldn't know of stuff before that.

DID YOU KNOW:

1. Becca and Jake were a real life couple for two years.
2. Jake is now in real life together with Jacqui.

Hah, at least the guy who plays Jake..!

I also learnt today that in the Soap Awards 2007, Carmel won Best Comedy Performance, Becca and Justin for Best Plot (really?), and Claire won Best Villain.

YES I KNOW that is now their real names. But it is just easier that ways. I am aware of that they are real people.

I miss Lee and Bombhead. They were a brilliant comedy duo!

Plots that stick out are when Bombhead was convinced that he'd turned Mr C into an inflatable crocodile with his magical powers and when Lee left as the singer to his rubbish highschool band to become a solo rap artist called Bones and he hung around on park benches in shades waiting for Abbey to walk past in the hope that she'd be impressed by his career.

Those were the days!
And by me, I mean, Flexo.

Yes. Although I actually found that even more attractive. I think I may have to hide with the shame of it all!

i like max too!

i think he looks the most normal good looking out of them all too.

darren is astoundingly unattractive!

russ i re-namd 'russ with the arms' a long time ago, when they started making him wear sleeve-less tops all the time to make a point that he has some buff arms. ew.

No-one has died because it didn't happen on a Friday. People only die on Fridays in Hollyoaks.

it was such a ridiculous scene, all of them on the floor, murmuring...
but really funny, at the same time.
it was at a party, some idiot (the Valentine kid) 'fixed' the heater in a very wrong way.
I hope Russ dies.

did I note- with alarm- that he'd ditched his 'lady pleaser' for an actual proper 'goatie' the other day?

My wife watches this on Sunday mornings. It gives me a chance to knock one out in peace.
