Re: Wild Nothing

The new album is closer to Golden Haze than the first one was. You'll probably like it! :)

Re: Jens Lekman

I had tickets for his show on this tour, and then I got ridiculously bad case of flu and couldn't go.. I'm still sad. It would've been first Jens Lekman show for me. Maybe I should buy the new album to soothe me. :(

Wild Nothing

I can't believe there's no own topic for Wild Nothing!? http://capturedtracks.com/artists/wildnothing/ They (or actually he, Jack Tatum) have made two near-perfect dream pop/shoegaze-ish albums full of ethereal beauty.. The second one just came out, and it's even better than the first (I like the fi...

Does anyone else hate the "cleaner, more modern look" (=uglier conversation view) Gmail is going to have? I hate changes. :(

Middle Ones in the morning & Help Stamp Out Loneliness in the evening!
Amor de Días: Street of the Love Days is great too, I'm still in love with Tennis: Cape Dory and of course Let's Whisper: Shortest Days is lovely aswell. That's my "top 5" right now.

How does the Plastilina shop even work? When I click on the album it only shows tracklist, some info about the album and only clickable thing is "Back to Shop".

I revisited the EP yesterday and now I'm pretty obsessed with A Girl I Used To Knock About With. That's all.

There's also musicvideo for "Would You Say Stop?": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KN2oCtb5aKA Music Sounds Better With You is my favorite album of the year (tied with Tennis: Cape Dory), my copy of Help Stamp Out Loneliness hasn't arrived yet though. It's hard to pick favorite tracks, I think I curr...

Same here, along with "The Body". Those are my top two favorite tracks. Third is Heart In Your Heartbreak, but I'm bit tired of it for now, due to extensive single replays...

That Never Come Around video was unexpectedly creepy... I don't think I'll ever dare to watch Dexter, but that's what I imagine it's like from what I've gathered.

Re: Rose Melberg (Tiger Trap, Go Sailor, The Softies)

The new Brave Irene album is wonderful. Favorite track is hard to pick yet since the whole album is so smooth and pleasant, but Good Ideas is especially nice. And the 17-minute length reminds me of some classics that initially got me into the "genre".. 2 minutes is still my favorite length for a pop...

They're on tour too, the drumming has gotten even wilder so should be good times ahead!
In Our Space Hero Suits was pleasant, but to be honest it's been in back of my shelf for quite some time. Daydreams & Nightmares made me fall in love again, hopefully for good this time..

At least the Make Me Smile EP which you can buy from itunes sounded like acoustic Smittens to me.

Curly Cuh felt more 'noisy' than Beautiful Light in distracting way, but now after some repeat listenings I'm really growing to like it.. the melodies are still there! Shame that it's the end..

Have you guys given up on Glee, because I just caught up on it kind of late and I think it just got better and better along the way?! The theme episodes (Rocky Horror Show and Christmas episode which closed the season) weren't my cup of tea but other than that season 2 was better in almost every asp...
