The Spook School is featured on our free collaboration compilation "Between Two Waves - The Second Wave" with a song where they collaborate with The Just Joans. Their collaboration name is Ivor MacGyver, and they even made a computer game for the song! :-) Other artists on the 3 volumed (31 tracks, ...

Re: Your Indietracks 2014 wishlist

Bands I would love to see on my planned first indietracks festival. Some of them will not qualify as indiepop for the purists, but I think they may sound good on a festival like this. The Very Most Lost Tapes Making Marks (NO) Dråpe (NO) Shady Elders Bleeding Rainbow Veronica Falls Ice Cream Cathedr...

Re: When I Was 12/Catnaps

Bands keep breaking up to make us love the 4 new bands they may create, and to make us sad x 4 when these break up as well. I am sure their songwriter/singer will find another output for her creativity soon.

Two people living in two different cities. Most of their songs are written by sending ideas over the net, and they only meet occasionally to play and record. Modern times...

Re: Lost Tapes - catchy indiepop from Spain

Lost Tapes soundcheck before their debut concert. Amazing that two people can make so much sound.

Their EP is still available for free here: http://www.eardrumspop.com/2013/05/14/e ... ost-tapes/. People seem to like it a lot.

Re: Without Feathers

This is a dream come true, - 3 of my favourite musicians together. Would love to hear more of Rory's vocals, - he sings beautifully.
He recently told me that they consider this a permanent band now, not a short-lived collaboration project. Great!

Re: Young Romance

Love the new song. These guys deserve to be a lot better known than they are. Their former band, The Momeraths, were also brilliant. From what I understand, "Break My Heart By Morning" is the same version as they released on our EardrumsPop single. Yes, they have a manager now, and I really hope tha...

Eva On The Western Castle Island

A former popstar from Malaysia mixed with 3 boys from Finland = Eva on the western castle island, and together they make really good indiepop with danceable rhythms. They've released a free 4 track EP on EardrumsPop today, "The Wong Way EP": http://www.eardrumspop.com/2013/03/20/epop033-eva-on-the-w...
