I'm also in a cat-wanting phase, again. The only things stopping me are the state of my flat (smallish, on the third floor next to a busy road) and wondering if I could get someone to look after it if I went away. The only thing stopping us obtaining a couple kitty companions is the fact our rental...

I'm a Charlie Red girl. Have been since I was 16. I briefly wore Poison and Red Door, but found them WAY too heavy. I also like the Body Shop's Vanilla perfume oil and Avon's Soft Musk. Though I do prefer the vanilla just on a tissue or cotton ball in the corner of my drawer, makes my clothes smell ...

I looooooooove pineapple, fresh is best, good with lime juice or if you sprinkle a little sugar over fresh cut pineapple slices, it goes insanely juicy and you can then add it to rum! Pineapple juice is a key ingredient in midori splice, along with coconut rum, therefore I say it is also a drink of ...

I adore lasagna pie, they can be hard to eat without making a complete mess of yourself, but well worth it! Also I love me vegetarian sausage rolls, not done with vegie meat, but done with pumpkin and sweet potato mash or spinach and feta. Cant beat a proper traditional pastie either. mmmmmm pastry ...

I like me a long vodka, heavy on the bitters, with soda water, none of this lemonade crap. I also like midori splices, but i add lime juice for a bit of zing. Good in summer. Jack and vanilla coke is a favourite in winter Not big on wine, dont like white and red gives me a shitter of a headache. I t...

Hmmm I love jersey as a material, it does fall just so. Unfortunately I'm not sure our summers allow for it really. We average 35 celsius over summer here with regular weeks of 40+. Might see what I can find in terms of skirts *shockhorror* I'm sure someone has to be doing something decent!

Sylvie, you could try going for an all over colour a few shades lighter than current, with highlights that are lighter again, and gradually get the base colour lightened over time, shouldnt be tooooooo harsh on your hair. What is your natural/ current colour? Then again, you could just go screw it, ...

I need shoes in the worst way. Its coming up to summer and my current collection includes 1 pair dunlop volleys, 1 pair traditional runners in bright red, 1 pair black slipons that are exclusively for work and 1 pair black steelcap pull ons. Tubby, if you like tikka masala (pretend curry I'm told, but tasty!), try a mild jalfrezi. The flavours are lovely without being too over the top. I find Chicken Makhani or butter chicken a little too rich, but it can be a nice way to ease into trying other curries.
