Re: What will be any good in 2016?

I really like the sound of Yea-Ming and the Rumours. I hope that's released before 2025. Also, maybe there will be a Sunbathers album this year. There was some talk about that last year I remember. And I'd like to see that Confetti compilation reissued. And a Parallelograms compilation. I'd like to...

Escaping the weather and work by gazing at Ripley on google maps I discovered this 360 degree photo. Re: Leicester Indiepop Alldayer 2014, 22nd March

Unfortunately Mammoth Penguins have had to pull out. Replacement offers are already in. I never realised how difficult filling the second-from-bottom-of-the-bill-with-not-that-much-money-to-offer slot would be. Anyway, five weeks (tomorrow) to go! We're available Simon, if you're still struggling w...

Re: buying merch online

From a band perspective we use Bandcamp. Easy to set up with Paypal and can handle sales of downloads as well as physical merch.

Although perhaps we should say that we haven't looked too closely at the other options out there.....

Got a new machine with 8 on it here. I quite like it. A lot of those 'apps' are rubbish but not really planning on using them anyway.

Re: Premier Inn vs Travelodge

I wrote to them a few weeks back and got an inevitable response that 'pricing is based on demand and rates increase during times of high demand and decrease on nights that are less busy. Our systems monitor this to ensure we're competitively priced and offer good value for money.' I intend to write...

Re: The Football

Doesn't he know it's a fixture computer and everyone has to play everyone else the same amount of times. Lest we forget that Man United have played no-one of any note (i.e. a team th...
