Re: Prolapse Tribute Album?

Did you manage to secure a track from Shrag before their demise? Currently forwarding your message to all bands I know purely out pure lust for hearing Shrag covering Prolapse.

Re: Shit Records

... or maybe we take a step back as rational thinking adults and see it for what it is. A tongue in cheek image using publicly released photos of a well known soap actress in a pretty non-sexual arrangement. If this really makes you disapprove because you think I am exploiting this woman's sexual id...

I am not trying to ATTRACT GIRLS with this btw, that is a picture of Sunita from Coronation Street pretending to be Katy Perry which I find to be quite an amusing photo and a surprisi...

Re: Microphones

Sound's like it is grounded properly. So there should be a loose connection somewhere. If it's old chances are the connections have got a bit knackered and need to be resoldered. If you know someone who is a dab hand at soldering they should be able fix it pretty quick.

Re: A co-operative venue in London (or elsewhere)?

I'm really really new here but I couldn't help but get enthralled with what you guys are talking about. Just to add my twopenneth worth, I do a lot of live sound work and wouldn't mind helping on advice with what monitor and PA system would be needed for what sizes an spaces or in the way down the l...

Re: Starting and running a label

There's some really brilliant information on this thread that's been distracting me for hours. I'm in the process of getting a little DIY label up and running at the moment and after releasing a free comp early this year we're putting together a split single with the band I'm in and a mates band. I'...

Shit Records

...no seriously. It's called Shit Records. :) I've just compiled a compilation of music made by some people I know who don't get any promotion and I thought people on this forum amy enjoy their music. Hopefully this will be the first of many releases for Shit Records and I can find more exposure for...
