I watched and loved the first season but am sadly without Showtime now, so I'll have to wait for the DVD for the second season.

But Michael C. Hall is so so so so so sexxxy.

For awhile I had perfected the art of the baguette. I need to try that again.

I was going to bake a ricotta cheesecake for Columbus Day but that didn't happen. I mean, why not, right?

Manchester

I don't live there and in fact have never been there. BUT I am flying in and out of MAN on my way to and from Newcastle and Scotland at the end of November. My 11am flight out of MAN on Sunday, December 2 will force me to spend the night in Manchester and not in Newcastle (boooo...more time in Newca...

Stream online, Nan!! Hey, did anyone catch Car Talk this weekend? They played The Mountain Goats!! "I broke free on a saturday morning. I put the pedal to the floor..." They must have an indie-lovin' intern. Car Talk always plays the most fantastic music. I do wonder who does their music programmin...

Kimberly got kicked off. I didn't even remember who she was and had to look that up for you. She was that forgettable.

The Lucksmiths

No Lucksmiths thread yet??

I am very jealous of all the people who have seen them on their US tour dates because I already had tickets for an Arcade Fire show.

The Lucksmiths make me happy.

I'm a BPAL girl myself (http://www.blackphoenixalchemylab.com/welcome.html).

I have like 10 tiny vials of perfume I bought on the internet to try and I love them all.

Strong stuff though, but I like musky vanilla perfumes.

Also I can't figure out how to link in this forum.
